1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
Custom or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time (5–7 business days).
2. Delivery Time
Within India: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 3–4 business days.
Remote Areas: May take up to 7–10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 will incur a standard shipping charge of ₹49.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly through our Track Order page.
5. Packaging & Safety
Currently, we ship within India only. (International shipping coming soon.)
6. International Shipping
All jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof, secure packaging.
Each item is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a protective box to ensure it reaches you safely.
7. Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, or courier service disruptions.
We will keep you informed of any delays via email/SMS.
